Vegetarian Taupok Rojak



Mini Taupok Rojak (make 120  pcs)

Bean sprout without roots blench quickly in hot water (ntuc packing x 5)
Japanese Cucumber 4
Carrot 4
Lettuce shredded

Sauce:
Lemon x 1/2
Lime x 5
Assam x 2 tablespoon dissolve in hot water and sieved
Kecap Manis (2 to 3 tablespoon)
Honey x 3 tablespoon (or plum sauce which need to adjust sugar accordingly)
Chilli paste (3 to 4 teaspoon)
Sugar
Salt
Seasame sauce x 2 tablespoon
Ground roasted peanut paste x 100g
Roasted peanut chopped as topping
Ginger flower 3 (chopped the pink petals only - add last to the final seasoned sauce)
